JANUARY 2009 ALL ABOUT WEDDINGS SHOW
The January 2009 All About Weddings Show will be held on Sunday January 4, 2009 at the University Plaza Convention Center. Exhibit hours will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Continuous fashion shows will be held throughout the day. Radio stations Q102.1, 105.1 KOSP, Bass Country 92.9, and 417 Bride Magazine will once again be sponsoring this event.
With over 3,000 weddings occurring annually in Greene County alone, the engaged couples of today are eagerly searching for information and inspiration on everything from gowns and flowers to honeymoons and home financing. Meet this lucrative, ready-to-buy consumer at All About Weddings.
Our extensive advertising and marketing campaign, which will assure a successful event, will consist of, but not be limited to:
- Direct marketing to prospective engaged couples
- Wedding service resource guide given to every couple that registers at the event
- A media campaign which will include radio and print
- A full-page ad in the 417 Bride Magazine and 417 Magazine issues preceding each event
- Internet marketing campaign which will link to your business web site
Exhibit space will be limited to wedding related businesses, including tuxedo rental, bridal gowns, gift registry, cakes, flowers, jewelers, DJ service, photography, travel agencies, and many more. Each booth will include a draped and skirted table plus chairs, and access to electric. Cost is $325 per booth (booth fee will be $350.00 after December 1, 2008.)
